Abstract


The regional road is an important part of the transportation system is an important transportation facilities to meet the regional socio-economic development and residents ' traffic demand . Regional road construction must take into account the relevant factors of the development of the national economy and social development level , in different stages of development , must match the scale of the development of the road network . Therefore , the analysis and research of the regional road network development of a reasonable scale , for the study of the degree of adaptation of the regional transportation and economic development , found that the problems and shortcomings in the areas of road construction and development process , a clear development ideas for the future road traffic , development goals and building priorities develop scientific and rational planning of the road network , and promote the coordinated development of regional transportation and economic , to achieve the modernization of regional road transport and sustainable development has a very important significance . Firstly adaptability with local socio-economic development of Jinjiang City highway network actuality analysis and evaluation , pointed out the problems and shortcomings of the road network in Jinjiang City ; then combine the Haixi Economic Zone Development Plan and the \Outline of the spirit , to predict the Jinjiang City in 2020 , urban development and socio-economic development . On this basis , through the analysis of factors affect the amount of transportation , time series regression prediction , the growth coefficient method as well as elastic coefficient method method to predict Jinjiang City in 2020 , not highway transportation needs , and the four stages prediction Jinjiang City in 2020 is not the amount of traffic . Finally, based on the principles and objectives of the highway network planning of Jinjiang City road network in accordance with the function and role of the three levels of the skeleton network , the route network and rural road network layout planning and analysis .
