Abstract

In this study, forage active feed yeast powder (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) active dry yeast for the feed (Saccharomyes cerevisiae) for the material, the active yeast growth performance, immune function, feed digestibility and gastrointestinal microbial flora . Weaned pigs feed and appropriate to add the amount to provide a scientific basis for the live yeast. This end the following two tests: test a selection of 200 (male, female) with similar weight (6.83 ± 0.65kg) hybridization (Duroc) healthy weaned pigs were randomly divided into five treatment groups test piglets feeding containing active yeast 0,0.5 × 10 ~ 7,1 × 10 ~ 7,2 × 10 ~ 7,4 × 10 ~ 7CFU / g diet, trial 4 weeks. Explore the different level of yeast is added of weaned pigs performance, frequency of diarrhea and immune function. The results showed that: 1, active feed yeast powder weaning piglet growth performance and diarrhea frequency: different add a level of activity feed yeast powder on weaning piglet feed weight ratio is not significant (P gt; 0.10); frequency of diarrhea although not significant with affect (P gt; 0.05), but there is a decreasing trend with increasing supplementation level (P lt; 0.10). 2, active feed yeast powder weaned piglet feed intake and average daily gain against Japan: the difference between the treatment groups extremely significant (P lt; 0.01), elevated levels as the activity feed yeast powder add piglets daily mining food intake and daily gain were significantly improved, but to add a level of 4 × 10 ~ 7CFU / g the quadratic curve downward trend (P lt; 0.10). 3, the activity feed yeast powder weaning piglet immune function: different add a level of activity feed yeast powder weaning piglet serum IL-2 and INF-γ did not significantly significant impact (P gt; 0.10), serum IgG, of IL-4 and Although the levels of IL-10 had no significant effect (P gt; 0.05), but the tendency to increase with increasing supplementation level (P lt; 0.10). Test, on a test basis, choose the amount of weaned piglets feed active yeast 2 × 10 ~ 7CFU / g diets, further research activity feed yeast powder on growth performance and feed digestibility and digestive tract microflora Department weaned piglets application to provide a scientific basis for the activity feed yeast powder. 36 (male, female) with similar weight (7.22 ± 0.83kg) of healthy piglets weaned at 28 days of age (Duroc) were randomly divided into two treatments were selected. The two groups of test piglets were fed containing active yeast 0,2 × 10 ~ 7CFU / g diet, trial 4 weeks. The results show that: an active feed yeast powder on the performance of weaned pigs: Add activity feed yeast powder significantly increased the 0 to 4 weeks average feed intake of weaned piglets, average daily gain (P lt; 0.01), but weaning piglet feed to gain ratio F / G impact was not significant (P gt; 0.10). Active feed yeast powder on apparent digestibility of weaned pigs feed: Add activity feed yeast powder significantly increased the number of duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum and colon contents yeast (P lt; 0.05) of E. coli, the number of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli number is not significant (P gt; 0.05); active feed yeast powder feed apparent digestibility of weaned pigs: Add activity feed yeast powder diet crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, calcium, total phosphorus, ash apparent digestibility were not affected significantly (P gt; 0.05). The conclusions of this study: 1 Add weaning piglets activity feed yeast powder to improve production performance, with increasing levels of active feed yeast powder added, the piglets daily feed intake and daily gain were significantly improved, reaching 2.0 × add a level of 10 ~ 7CFU / g when its role to improve the production performance is the most significant. Add active feed yeast powder in weaning piglets weaned pigs can enhance immune function. Diet supplemented with active feed yeast powder can increase the number of weaning piglet digestive tract yeast, but has no effect on the number of E. coli in the digestive tract, the number of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli number and feed apparent digestibility.
