Abstract


In this study, Sanming wild mushrooms collected 156 specimens, the ultimate success of the 62 strains isolated and characterized by an initial appraisal. With the development of biology , molecular identification techniques such as RAPD, SRAP and ISSR and other species can be identified on the mycelium . This test is based on rDNA ITS sector mycelia species identification . The first fragment was amplified rDNA ITS wild edible mushrooms , and then sequenced and sequences in the database are compared , combined fruiting tests and morphological characterization of the strains were obtained mushrooms . This test colonies of wild mushrooms , mycelium morphology were studied to evaluate the collected germplasm of wild mushroom species , including growth and fruiting comparison test. The results showed that different locations of wild mushrooms fruiting capacity of different strains , even with a place of wild mushrooms collected bacteria, there are also differences in their fruiting ability , the results easy to guide the mushroom production and practice .
