Abstract

In recent years, with the rapid economic development of Fujian Province, medium and small cities, traffic congestion and traffic accidents have become increasingly serious road traffic safety management is facing a severe test, the public security traffic management departments have prepared a city road traffic safety management planning. But because of the traditional planning model has been unable to meet the management needs of modern traffic safety planning results with little success, to study the planning mode, in order to get suitable for small and medium-sized cities of road traffic safety management planning program has important theoretical and practical significance.
