Abstract


Objective: To observe with DDD pacing mode and do not have the Search AV function 12 months implantation of cardiac structure and function . Methods: our hospital 35 cases of installation has the Search AV functions DDD pacemaker and 36 patients with DDD pacemaker patient does not have a search AV function , to search AV group and non - search AV group , respectively , in the preoperative, intraoperative 12 months after the line echocardiography examination and ventricular pacing percentage test , compared to the percentage of ventricular pacing , left ventricular end-systolic diameter ( LVESD ) , ventricular end-diastolic diameter ( LVEDD ) , left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) , ventricular fractional shortening Score (FS), to observe changes in cardiac structure and function . OUTCOME MEASURES : Preoperative no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . The search AV group than in the non- Search AV group has fewer percentage of ventricular pacing ( P < 0.01 ) . The Search AV group after 12 months LVESD , LVEDD , LVEF , FS compared with that before did not change significantly ( P > 0.05 ) ; rather than search the AV group follow-up after LVEDD compared with preoperative increased ( P < 0.01 ) ; non- SEARCH AV group after 12 months LVEDD preoperative difference more search AV group increased ( P < 0.01 ) . Rather than to Search AV postoperative LVESD compared with the preoperative LVEF , FS did not change significantly compared with the preoperative difference between the search AV group did not change significantly ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusion: DDD pacing mode has the Search AV function 12 months after changes in the structure of the heart is small, but the improvement of heart function , search the AV group with the non- search AV group was no significant difference .
