Abstract


Pavement Maintenance is the continuation of the construction of the highway , the highway industry and even the focus of future work . This problem is difficult to promote the conservation and management of the status quo , and of low - grade asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle in low-grade asphalt pavement from the technical and economic aspects , this paper proposes a more reasonable low-grade asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle configuration optimization . The paper analyzes the Common Diseases of asphalt pavement and etiology , and classification launched a variety of maintenance and repairing process . Analysis of the status quo and the system of conservation and management of low-grade asphalt pavement , according to the actual research by the current mechanization configuration and demand situation , and pointed out that the dominant and the inevitability of a low-grade asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle in the mechanization of maintenance . In the domestic market asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle technical performance and functional configuration based on the configuration of the function , road heating device , the asphalt heating insulation system , and the asphalt mixture heating insulation system in four areas to explore low-grade asphalt pavement comprehensive conservation of the technical performance of the car . Based on the above research , the paper proposes a method of functional configuration of a building block , modular , low-grade asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle , given the design of the three different levels of heat insulation modules and the asphalt mixture the asphalt heat insulation and spray modules design methodology proposed secondary heating .
