Abstract


All over the country is a lot of traffic hub construction, urban transport hub construction expanding, increasingly important transport hub of strategic significance. Integrated transport hub project large amount of their investment body, long construction period, often for decades the operation period. Although the value of the project is epitomized in the operational phase, the integrated transport hub project can realize the value of the key link is not in the operational phase. Construction achievements of the operational phase of the integrated transport hub project just passively reflect the design phase of a project design planning and construction period, which itself is only a manifestation of the outcome, not the value of the project to achieve the key link. Similarly, the ability to achieve due to the value of the integrated transport hub project is mainly reflected in its final delivery of the results of the project meets the functional requirements of the stakeholders, namely stakeholder interest demands. Therefore, integrated transport hub project design, construction and operation of the project life cycle, project construction and operation period accounted for the vast majority of the entire project cycle, but the realization of the functional requirements is in the project planning early and design stage, and the degree of interest demands of the project design stage to meet the integrated transport hub project stakeholders directly affected, and even determine the degree of realization of the value of an integrated transport hub project.
