Abstract


With the integration of the world economy , China and the world trade continued development of port throughput continued rapid growth , this newer and higher requirements for port handling process methods and handling techniques brought to the planning and management of the pier . unprecedented challenges. Therefore, how to effectively use the limited resources facilities terminal to the port of loading and unloading tasks , has become an important topic in the container terminal managers face . In the container terminal , the yard of container transit, stacked , management and repair of the place, its operating efficiency will directly affect the port overall efficiency and competitiveness , and the mode of operation of the yard handling equipment and job scheduling optimization the study is very important. Therefore, the integrated use of computer simulation theory , operations research, optimization theory and methods , containerization want the terminal yard job simulation optimization and RTG scheduling of issues . The main content of this paper is as follows : ( 1) on the basis of in-depth analysis of the actual operation of the container terminal yard for container terminal yard track RTG and tire field bridge the operational characteristics , based on two different yard crane mode of operation : the the orbital operation mode and the mode of operation of the tire , were designed operating logic of the resources and facilities in the yard , including orbital field bridge , tire type field bridge , set the card's operating logic ; using Arena simulation software to build these two RTG mode of operation of the container terminal yard operation simulation model ; background of its logistics operations of a container terminal in Tianjin statistical results of the actual data for the model parameters were simulated using the simulation model , compare the two modes of operation of the container terminal logistics operation efficiency , and provide a reference for the actual port management . ( 2) for the actual operation of the container terminal yard , consider spot bridge due to the the mobile conflict of waiting time and time and let the container box turned to a the target job Pui bit during the move to establish the field bridge moving path optimization model to achieve the goal of to RTG complete all loading and unloading tasks with the least total time . Then the use of hybrid optimization algorithm GATS to solve the problem .
