Abstract


World Cultural and Natural Heritage (referred to as World Heritage) all mankind valuable material and spiritual wealth, and its protection is an important aspect of international law should be concerned about. Since the signing of the 1972 Convention on the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, the World Heritage protection has been widespread concern in the international community, a large number of international law documents accompanying the French Open together constitute a protection of World Heritage. Of the major powers of the world heritage, but research in the relevant areas of the world heritage, especially the legal aspects of the research has only just started, although there are some achievements, but in general the study also not comprehensive enough, especially in the legal protection of the World Heritage The research is still very weak. In recent years, due to the influence of the various factors of the profit-driven management system, China's world heritage by severe damage to the domestic legal protection of the World Heritage system is extremely urgent. The protection of the World Heritage last must implement the legal level. Therefore, it is necessary from a legal point of view the problems of China's World Heritage, and proposed countermeasures. The paper is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is about the basic theory of the world heritage of the first World Heritage concept definition, pointed out the links and differences of the World Heritage Site and several other related concepts, and their classification. Second, the value of World Heritage, and leads to the need for international law to protect the World Heritage. The second chapter describes the current World Heritage conservation status of international law, and to analyze the current situation, pointing out that its inherent logic links and effectiveness level, as well as the relationship between, and introduced some important documents of international law in the protection of the World Heritage the status and role. The third chapter focuses on analysis of the perfection of the world heritage protected by international law. Clear \improve the cooperation mechanism to the system of international law to protect World Heritage. Chapter look back on domestic law in accordance with international law, in the analysis of the legal system of protection of the domestic world heritage status quo, the analysis of the current problems in the domestic law of China's world heritage protection, and constructive comments.
