Abstract

In this paper, a ZigBee wireless sensor network platform and its key technology , design and complete a ZigBee wireless sensor systems , measurements of temperature , humidity , pressure , and wireless transmission of measurement data . And LTCC technology for the design of wireless sensor systems analysis , and provides a foundation platform for the miniaturization and modular wireless sensor network nodes . This paper focuses on the theory of ZigBee wireless sensor technical characteristics of the system architecture , Z-stack protocol stack . According to the needs of the project , using TI's CC2430 ZigBee chip , including on-chip the controller kernel , wireless RF module and A / D converter , on-chip resources . CC2430 chip circuit requirements , system power management , including circuit design . According to the physical quantity to be detected , select OK sensor , the completion of the design of the sensor circuit . Consider the size of the effect of the transmission system circuit , a detailed analysis of printed antenna design layout , system hardware circuit schematics , PCB layout and printed antenna design layout and production . Software written protocol stack based on Z-stack system working procedures . Multiple sensors for environmental data acquisition and wireless transmission function, the actual test , the system's wireless communication distance up to 100 meters , and power consumption to achieve the ZigBee specification and project requirements . And , on this basis , the use of LTCC technology , wireless sensor system design , material selection, passive components and structure are discussed , and research .
