Abstract

Ultrasonic nondestructive testing is a very important method of detection in the field of non-destructive testing , are being widely used in steel manufacturing, machinery manufacturing , electronics manufacturing , aerospace and defense and other areas and sectors , to ensure product quality , ensure production safety significance . In recent years, with the rapid development of the deepening of ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology research and computer technology , digital processing technology , automation and intelligent technology disciplines and technology , ultrasonic nondestructive testing technology development direction more and more broad , its detection device functions more perfect the design and implementation of the system is getting more complicated , the paper based on the basic principle of the pulse-echo ultrasonic detection of type A , the researchers designed a \digital signal processing capabilities with reliable and flexible programmable CPLD ability combined , give full play to the advantages of the two auxiliary other suitable peripheral circuits , and the basic functions of ultrasonic nondestructive testing device . The experimental results show that this design is feasible and has a certain nature , normal and stable system operation . Firstly, ultrasonic testing techniques and principles , on this basis, given the overall design of the system , based on the overall design , the detailed description of the system 's hardware and software design , respectively , and wavelet transform ultrasonic echo signal denoising research and analysis , system design summary points out the deficiencies in the system and areas for improvement .
