Today, dynamic balancing technology has been very mature, but the traditional balancing machines can only be completed rotor balancing test , Rotor Balancing correction in many cases is still done by hand , the production efficiency is relatively low . In order to meet the production requirements of the high efficiency of the modern enterprise , the balancing test and automatic correction of one machine has become an inevitable trend and mainstream . This paper describes the basic theory of dynamic balancing technology , research and development of a dynamic balancing machine automatically de-emphasis system on the basis of the original single - sided vertical balancing test machine . First establish the mathematical model of the rotor vibration derived the mathematical expression of the magnitude and phase of the rotor unbalance amount introduced , and the measurement of the rotor vibration information . How to implement automated balancing of the rotor correction is the focus of this study . To this end , the article studies explore rotor correction strategy , combined with the actual shape of the rotor , and taking into account the ease of operation of the correction process , the system uses the borehole to the end face of the rotor weight correction method . Based on this analysis the relationship between the amount of feed size and unbalanced quality in a variety of circumstances , and the establishment of a mathematical model of de-emphasis .
