Abstract

In this thesis an artillery electro-hydraulic servo system as the object of study , the use of static and dynamic adaptive control strategy based on neural network to achieve the required performance . Artillery electro-hydraulic servo system of nonlinear and time-varying , and therefore very difficult to establish the mathematical model meets the system requirements . Firstly, nonlinear problem for an artillery electro-hydraulic servo system , the use of the Matlab Simulink system SimHydraulics module , the establishment of a non-linear electro-hydraulic servo system model and the actual characteristics of the approximate system simulation . Then a detailed study the typical forward neural network (BP ) learning and training algorithm of the network , the slower speed for the BP network training algorithm and easy to fall into local minimum points less than the GA-BP algorithm training improved method . Then in the Simulink model built based on the analysis of the basic structure of the neural network identification , GA-BP network identification problem , and Simulink model input and output data of electro-hydraulic servo system , the non- line -based neural network sex positive model identification . This article uses the adaptive control has strong robustness , the neural network with self-learning function and good fault tolerance , an adaptive neural network control method to control artillery electro-hydraulic servo system . The neural network adaptive control algorithm and simulation studies . Simulation results show that the neural network - based adaptive controller has good control of electro-hydraulic servo system to achieve the design requirements .
