Abstract


This paper analyzes the original production of the XX company management methods and production management system features , lean production management improved model for the existing problems and lean production management system improvements , and finally propose a complete system implementation plan and post- maintenance methods to ensure the smooth implementation and operation of the system in the company . The main tasks of the papers are as follows : ① analysis of the company 's original production management methods and the original production management system , for which the existence of the problem , the use of lean production management methods to improve the original production management , and the original production management the system has been improved , improved model of the system management of the various plans to establish a production management system .
