Abstract


Enterprise device management is an important issue , how to improve the reliability of the equipment and saving maintenance resources not only directly affect the production and operation of enterprises , and the relationship between long-term development and success or failure of the enterprise . The paper focuses on the analysis of the use of research equipment maintenance stage , research the maintenance resource optimization of spare parts and maintenance time resource optimization . Device preventive maintenance improvements elaborated in the paper , the analysis of existing device management imperfect place , and then based on the collection and analysis of Micro Excel independently developed a fault , maintenance management software , the system design ideas, security policies , implementation of commissioning , data collection and analysis are described in detail . Thesis bottleneck equipment instance : the Crushers and early the centrifuge to implement condition monitoring based on the reliability of equipment maintenance resource management , and the development of a software -aided engineering software for device management , equipment reliability has improved significantly , maintenance costs are significantly reduced. Equipment to reduce maintenance costs by 14.6% to $ 41.6 million / year ; trouble parking time from the monthly average of 14 hours down to 8.6 hours , equipment utilization rate increased to 98% .
