Abstract


Diverse needs of the market, the development of production technology, management theory and methods, the transformation of the mode of production. Lean Production (Lean Production) in a comprehensive study time production (Just In Time, JIT) production in Japan, Toyota production model proposed by a state-of-the-art on the basis of the application of worldwide production and operation management theory . Its core is to reduce internal waste, to obtain the maximum output with a minimum investment, the ultimate goal is to products of the best quality and the lowest cost, and market demand for the most rapid response. Visualization tool for visual identification processes unreasonable as a kind of lean manufacturing, value stream mapping can help managers to fully grasp the material and information flow in the production process, its analysis to identify waste and Application Principles of lean production methods to improve the program, and then implement improvements to the production process. Based on the understanding of lean manufacturing, value stream mapping theory, the main computer chassis to C Company stamping plant superstructure product as an object of study, collection of customer demand, logistics, information flow, and other data in the current production process finishing, draw the status quo value stream mapping, problem point to explore the future value stream mapping, and accordingly design, develop improvement programs. According to the identified bottlenecks of production status and value stream ideal state map, this article will be improved the unitized assembly line (cell), quick die change, establishment and implementation of kanban management system as the main content detailed improvement analysis. Improvement in assembly line cell, the focus group of job-based method of process analysis and cell assembly line layout optimization analysis; quick die change, carding a die change process, internal and external time die change process identify die change processes and operations improvement; internal time try to translate into external time, work study ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) thought in the establishment and implementation of kanban management system design flow and kanban pull, and the the kanban quantities were calculated and analyzed. Through the application of value stream mapping and lean manufacturing methods to eliminate the large number of stocks and waiting time, the production cycle and production efficiency has improved significantly, the basic realization of the activities developed before the improvement goals.
