Abstract


Industrial Investment fund which is called private equity fund in foreign country is an important form of investments and it plays an important role to the development of economy. Now, a lot of foreign private equity funds are entering our country and we should develop domestic industrial investment fund. Domestic industrial investment fund has a deep significance: it can promote high-tech industries and add new ways to financing for small companies.The idea of my paper:with the beginning of the basic theories of the industrial investment fund and its meaning and characters and mechanism of running, I analysis the role of the laws in foreign countries having played and use the experience into the legislation of domestic industrial investment fund. I study the current situation of domestic industrial investment fund and analysis the feasibility and need of the legislation of industrial investment fund. After that I come to the conclusion of the desire of the legislation and propose my advices on supervision.The structure of my paper:the first part is the summery of industrial investment fund, including its meaning and characters and the mechanism of running. The second part is the analysis of the practice experience in foreign countries. The third part is the analysis of the feasibility and need of industrial investment fund. The fourth part is the description of the legislation and my advices, the legislation should be special and base on the reference of foreign countries. The legislation should contain the excellent idea of foreign countries and has Chinese features.The industrial investment fund in our country is on its early stage and it is different from the foreign sophisticated mechanism. We should publish the legislation of the industrial investment fund as early as possibly in the day of the strengthen request on supervision.
