Abstract


After years of reform and development , China 's social insurance system has been basically forming, provides strong support for the economic and social development . However, with the continuous expansion of the coverage of social insurance , social insurance fund operation pressure is growing to enormous challenges for the operating system of social insurance fund investment . Under our country is facing a severe problem of aging population , the core issue of the Social Insurance Fund Investment Management is the fund gap and increasing the value of paper through a deep analysis of the problems and causes of China 's social insurance fund investment operations , primarily from portfolio two angles of the level of technical level and investment management , grasp the main trends of the social insurance fund investment operations , and propose a practical solution to resolve the problem of China 's social insurance fund investment operations . The text is divided into six parts : the first part of the introduction of the background and significance of the thesis topic selection , research status and research ideas . The second part is an overview of the theory of the social insurance fund , including the definition of social insurance funds , sources and basic theoretical analysis . The third part analyzes the need to strengthen China's social insurance fund investment operations . The fourth and fifth sections analyzed from two angles of the investment portfolio and investment regulatory problem solving ideas , build a reasonable investment objectives , diversified portfolio , efficient investment management system , so that the social insurance fund better risk-averse , increasing the value of the target . The sixth part is a summary of the article and outlook .
