Abstract

This study selected 13 of the 15-day-old body condition purebred Altay tailed sheep in captivity to take artificial milk replacer method to sheep after 30 days of age, were fed diets of different nutrient levels in different growth stages. Day-old in sheep 30,60,90,120,150,180, of fasting the left jugular vein blood collection, the serum was separated for blood physiological and biochemical; developmental level uropygial (tail length, tail width, tail high) measurement records; sampling tail fat and hind legs biceps muscle, about 0.5g, after RNA extraction, reverse transcription cDNA real-time fluorescence quantitative detection adrenergic receptor gene expression levels, and The uropygial development level of correlation analysis. The results of serum biochemical parameters: Altay sheep In the days old 30,60,90,120,150,180, the various stages of blood biochemical indicators of the presence of significant differences. Total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein highest concentrations ,31-30 days old 90 days of age with age increase gradually reduce the 91-day 120 there rising trend ,121-180 highest 91-day-old content decreased; triglycerides and blood urea nitrogen gradually increased the lowest content ,31-90 days of age, at 30 days of age, and content of 60-90 days of age the age of 180 days, slightly There are ups and downs, but the overall downward trend. Aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, alanine aminotransferase lowest content of 0-30 days of age, aspartate aminotransferase highest content of 31-60 days of age; lactate dehydrogenase highest content of 90-120 days of age; content of alanine aminotransferase highest content of 120-150 days of age, and thereafter remained relatively stable. The uropygial measurement data show: Last developmental variation, tail length, the increase ranged between 0.65-1.99cm/30d and 0.73-1.97cm/30d. 30-60 days old stage both the largest increase in 60-120 days old stage, tail high growth rate and a long tail with age increasing gradually reduced; 120-150 days of age, meaning an increase, after which the increase was downward trend. The tail width increase over the tail length, tail tall for 0.78-2.81cm/30d. 120 days of age, the growth rate of the tail width decreased gradually with the increasing of days; 120-150 days of age, the increase of the rapid increase and reach the maximum, for 2.81cm/30d, thereafter increase downward trend. Quantitative results show that gene expression: sheep muscle tissue β1-AR, β2-AR, B3-AR and a2A-AR gene in sheep 30 days old when expression levels are relatively low, but increased rapidly after the age of 30 days, except a2A gene-AR, β1-AR, β2-AR, β3-AR gene expression levels increased with increased sheep day-old. Relationship of the abundance of each gene detected in 60-150 days old a2A-AR gt; β2-AR gt; β1-AR gt; β3-AR; sheep 180 days of age, the detection of gene abundance relationship for β2 -AR gt; a2A-AR gt; β1-AR gt; β3-AR; while the 30-day-old sheep, the sheep adipose tissue β1-AR, β2-AR, β3-AR and a2A-AR gene expression levels are highest the relationship of the abundance of each gene detected β2-AR gt; a2A-AR gt; β1-AR gt; β3-AR, after which the level of expression of each gene with age increase overall was decreasing trend, but the B3-AR gene 120 days old, B2-AR and a2A-AR gene in 180 days of age, and its expression levels have increased. Display the uropygial development level of adrenergic receptor gene expression levels: As the day-old sheep increase muscle tissue B2-AR gene expression levels with sheep's tail length, tail width, tail high development level was significantly positively related to ; β1-AR.β3-AR gene expression levels with sheep's tail length, tail width, tail high level of development was ended significantly related; a2A-AR gene expression level and developmental level of the uropygial no significant correlation. Adipose tissue, B3-AR gene expression level was significantly negatively correlated with the high level of development of the tail length and tail. A2A-AR and B2-AR gene expression levels uropygial developmental level no significant correlation.
