Abstract


Under the circumstance that market compete gradually severty, the function of inventory management in the business management is also increasingly more important. In the management activity of the Hanxing metallurgy_mine company , the scarcity of funds is one of the problem that usually perplexs the manager. but the inventory funds impropriate is one of the nervous reasons. After summarize the odern theories and method of inventory management, this text aims at the management present condition of Hanxing metallurgy_mine company , put forward solve problem of project, obtain certain result.This text mainly has a following contents:1.Introduce the meaning, history and present condition of the inventory management research.2.Introduce the theories and the method of the inventory management.3.Combine the actual circumstance of the Hanxing metallurgy_mine company , apply the inventory management theories and method in actual work.4.Aim at currently actual work request, develop a computer management system to suit the actual work, replace original management system. The article pointed out the place and further research direction of the textual shortage finally: To actual work environment bottom, the factor of the influence stock management parameter should carry on thoroughly analytical, and further the quantity turn, get and can be applied in actual the mathematics model of the work environment.
