Abstract

Bactrocera dorsalis Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel), and melon fly Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett) are Diptera Diptera, Tephritidae, Tephritidae fruit fly genus the Bactrocera Macquar, serious harm to important quarantine pests of fruit and vegetable crops. In this thesis under laboratory conditions (26 ± 1 ℃) a more detailed test both fruit fly in papaya fecundity, survival rate of larvae and developmental duration; research in artificial feed and Nanfeng Orange the feeding Bactrocera dorsalis conditions, low temperature processing the Bactrocera dorsalis lethal effects, the results are as follows. Melon fly in the spawning period the ovum with papaya Cup 1d average fecundity was 399.0 / 25 females, the Bactrocera dorsalis average fecundity for 137.3 / 25 females. Melon fly larvae survival rates were 95%, with an average per head pupal weight 0.016g, feathering rate more than 90%. Bactrocera dorsalis larvae survival rates were 93%, average per head pupal weight 0.014g, eclosion rate of more than 86%. After artificial eggs Bactrocera dorsalis in papaya on eggs, larvae, 2nd instar larvae, third instar larval development duration (respectively 2.5d, 1d, 2.5d and 8d) than the melon fly the eggs, larvae, 2nd instar larvae, third instar larvae development duration (2d, 1.5d, 1.5d and 5d) longer. The the natural spawning method also shows Bactrocera dorsalis eggs, larvae, 2nd instar larvae, third instar larval development duration (2d, 1.5d, 1.5d and 7d) than the melon fly eggs, at age 1 larvae, 2nd instar larvae, third instar larval development duration (respectively 1.5d, 2d, 2.5d and 5d) longer. Revealed dorsalis, natural spawning development faster than manually pick eggs; contrast melon fly, artificial pick eggs faster than natural spawning and development. 3, fruit fly eggs in artificial diet lethal the cryogenic experiments that Bactrocera dorsalis eggs 3 ℃ and 5 ℃ lethal time for 8d and 11d, respectively. The experiments show that the eggs hatch in 14 different temperature conditions, the the Bactrocera dorsalis eggs lethal temperature of 10 ° C. 4, Nanfengmijie Citrus reticulata access Bactrocera dorsalis low temperature at different times after treatment at 3 ℃ and 5 ℃ cold Go test showed that cultured at 25 ℃, 3 ℃ processing fruit fly eggs 6d eggs can hatch but The larvae can not survive; 3 ° C treatment orange fruit fly eggs 7d not hatch; 3 ° C treatment larvae 7d, the larvae can not survive. 5 ℃ treatment Bactrocera dorsalis eggs 7d, eggs can hatch but the larvae can not survive. 5 ℃ treatment Bactrocera dorsalis eggs 9d, eggs can not hatch. 5 ° C treatment larvae the 12d, larvae can not survive.
