Abstract


AC permanent magnet synchronous servo system with its low inertia , fast response , high power density , high efficiency , low loss and control , as the implementing agency , has been widely used in aerospace , military weapons systems , CNC machine tools , textile machines Elevator , information systems, and other fields. Firstly an overview of the course of development of AC permanent magnet servo system , analysis of the current status of the AC servo technology at home and abroad . The mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor , and detailed descriptions of the AC motor control , the most widely used method of vector control the key to the realization of the technical principles and digitized by the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor . Discussed on the basis of the control structure of the AC servo system , in an attempt to introduce a two - degree-of-freedom PID speed control loop AC permanent magnet synchronous servo system command tracking performance and anti- disturbance the performance of Shuangyou control , improving the permanent magnet synchronous motor torque ripple at low speed , the simulation results show the effectiveness of the method . AC servo system hardware platform based TMS320F2812DSP , including the design of the control module , the main circuit and the driver module to achieve the detailed description given DSP control system design , the main circuit , driver module , and signal conditioning modules the design method . The given servo system software design , program design process of the main module of the system , complete software design of the system main program and function module . And based on the selection of the characteristics of the encoder , designed a special permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor initial position to determine the method . Finally , to complete system simulation and experimental testing . The experimental results were analyzed and discussed . Experiments prove that the system is designed to meet the basic requirements of the servo system and lay the foundation for the subsequent further research .
