Abstract


Pressure measuring instruments are indispensable to the process of industrial production measuring equipment , widely used in a variety of production . Pressure measuring instruments in order to ensure accurate, reliable, and must regularly test pressure measuring instruments . Pressure gauge for inspection and on-site verification testing of two kinds , including on-site inspection of the demand is very large . The traditional method of on-site verification testing inefficient , labor-intensive , and its vulnerability to human factors testing accuracy . In this paper, oil pressure gauge on-site verification of special needs , according to the development of an integrated , automatic pressure calibrator idea of the pressure calibrator need to address several key technical key issues were studied: ( 1 ) Analog and charged against current output pressure gauge has the status of a large number of applications to study the pressure meter indicates that the value of the automatic interpretation system, using image processing methods to achieve the right pointer pressure meter indicates that the value of the automatic interpretation . ( 2 ) to the standard pressure generation and control method for the study proposed a fixed-step pressure control method to achieve a standard pressure of accurate, fast , stable and no overshoot generated and controlled . ( 3 ) Compensation for standard pressure sensor performance conducted in-depth research , the use of piecewise linear compensation method to the standard temperature sensors and non-linear compensation , thereby improving the standard pressure sensor indication accuracy .
