Abstract

In recent years, the environmental problems caused by the heavy metal pollution has caused widespread concern. Heavy metals Cd 2 and is a major class of environmental pollutants, organisms have a strong genetic toxicity. In this experiment, the peas as experimental material to investigate a series of concentrations of Cd 2 pea root and leaf growth, respectively, for the in-depth study the Cd 2 damage to peas and pea-resistant Cd 2 mechanism to provide a reference; experiment also explored a certain concentration of Cd 2 Stress join a series of concentration SA pea seedling growth, for further use SA to alleviate Cd 2 pollution Reference ways. The experimental results are as follows: a series of concentrations of Cd 2 and Cd 2 -SA combined treatments on germination effects: the concentration range of the experimental set, Cd < sup> 2 treatment solution for pea seed germination significantly. Processing of 0.5 mg / L Cd 2 , pea seed germination by significantly promote a synergistic effect; With Cd 2 concentration increased when Cd 2 concentration of 40 mg / L, the germination rate, germination potential decline rapidly. The cd 2 -the SA composite processing solution on the germination of peas is also very significant. 2 mg / L Cd 2 50 mg / L SA composite processing, a significant role in promoting the germination of pea seeds; With the rise of composite processing concentration of Cd 2 -SA composite 2 mg / L Cd 2 of 200 mg / L SA seed, pea seed germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vigor index and a-amylase activity decreased rapidly, Germination was significantly inhibited. 2, a series of concentrations of Cd 2 of pea seedling growth: Cd 2 concentration ≤ 0.5 mg / L, the growth of pea seedlings to promote its bud, root root activity, chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activities, soluble protein content, free proline and soluble sugar content and so synergistic effect; As of Cd 2 concentration increased, peas shoot length, root length, root activity, chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein content, free proline and soluble sugar content decreased MDA content increased, severely inhibited the growth of seedlings, and roots than blades more strongly suppressed. 3, a series of concentrations of SA on Cd 2 pea seedling growth under stress: too high concentration of Cd of is 2 -the SA composite processing solution enables the growth of pea seedlings severely inhibited , pea root activity, chlorophyll, antioxidant enzyme activity, soluble protein content, free proline and soluble sugar content decreased MDA content increased; while in the 2 mg / L Cd 2 50 mg / L SA time, the growth of pea seedlings appear synergistic effect, pea root activity, chlorophyll, antioxidant enzyme activities, soluble protein content, free proline and soluble sugar content rises, the MDA content decreased. This phenomenon indicates that the appropriate concentration of SA on a certain degree of Cd 2 pollution mitigation effect. The the certain extent Cd 2 of contaminated soil to plant peas by adding the appropriate concentration of SA economic effects and ecological effects, an improved and practical way to the use of heavy metal contaminated soil.
