Abstract


Objective:To investigate the effects of vasopressin and adrenaline incardiopul monary resuscitation (CPR) of rats. Method:sixty SD rats(male) gave tracheal intu bation, vena caudalis tunnel.animals were randomly assigned to four groups:sham operation group、negative control group, receiving vasopressin, receiving adrenali ne (n=15 per group). Other three groups gave intravenous injection once by vena caudalis except control group (normal sodium, vasopressin 0.4mg/kg, adrenaline0.0 4mg/kg).The rats recovering restoration of spontaneous circulation were recorded b lood pressure, heart rate and survival time by electrocardiogram monitor during 30 minutes and were tested neurological deficit score (NDS)at 30 minutes. Taking brai n tissue as sample to freeze. To measure the concentration of MDA,SOD andGSH respectively.Results:The success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation show no stat istic difference between vasopressin group and adrenaline group at 30 minutes;(mea n arterial blood pressure)MAP in vasopressin group were higher than in adrenaline group during 30 minutes(1,2,5,10,20,30 minutes) (p-value <0.05);the neurological d eficit score (NDS) of vasopressin group was higher than adrenaline group (p-value <0.05);the concentration of MDA and SOD show statistic difference between vasopr essin group and adrenaline group (p-value <0.05).Conclusions:Both vasopressin an d adrenaline are able to help recover restoration of spontaneous circulation. Vasopre ssin itself show pharmacological action that increase cerebral perfusion and lessen nerve injury.
