Objective: Acute peritonitis is a common surgical abdomen, intraperitoneal severe infectious diseases. Although modern medical technology is developing rapidly, but the more acute peritonitis due to complications, mortality remains high. The alleged clinical peritonitis secondary peritonitis polyphyletic common but critical of its characteristics. This paper analyzes 97 cases of acute peritonitis secondary clinical data, to explore of its etiology identify and clinical features, aimed at enhancing the awareness, thus effectively reducing the incidence of complications, improved patient outcomes. Methods: A retrospective summary of acute secondary peritonitis etiology, clinical features, diagnosis and complications, and its complications and influencing factors for statistical analysis using SPSS15.0 statistical software for statistical processing of the data, the rate of percentage statistics χ2 test was used to compare with p lt; 0.001, p lt; 0.01 or p lt; 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results: (1) acute secondary peritonitis etiology many appendicitis and duodenal ulcer perforation is the most common clinical manifestations of the performance of different according to the different causes and individual differences, and complications. 2 patients with acute peritonitis age compared with the incidence of complications, and the difference was statistically significant; 3. Whether the coexistence of the disease in patients with acute peritonitis complication rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant; 4 patients with acute peritonitis onset to treatment time and complication rate, the difference was statistically significant; patients with acute peritonitis onset to surgery time compared with the incidence of postoperative complications, the difference was statistically significant; 6. acute peritonitis in patients of different ages and compare the incidence of hypoalbuminemia, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Acute secondary peritonitis is a common surgical abdomen, the abdominal cavity of severe infectious diseases, common critical is characterized by modern medical technology is developing rapidly, complications, mortality remains high. Diagnosis of acute peritonitis multi easier, but the cause of identification was difficult, and many causes, appendicitis and duodenal ulcer perforation is the most common clinical manifestations of the performance of different according to the different causes, but lack of specificity, with a variety of auxiliary The method can effectively assist in the diagnosis. Complications in patients with acute secondary peritonitis complications, the need to strengthen prevention by early treatment, early diagnosis and treatment of early surgery to reduce the incidence of complications. At the same time, whether the same effect on the incidence and prognosis of patients with complications comorbidities, treatment of coexisting disease has become one of the keys to the treatment of acute secondary peritonitis. Second, the results of this study show that the high rate of acute malnutrition in patients with secondary peritonitis, the need caused by the extensive attention of clinicians, clear indications of nutritional support, better nutrition, proper nutrition has important clinical significance for the prognosis of patients with acute peritonitis .
