Abstract


Objective:To explore the clinical effect,the herb mechanism and safety of QingDai Li Shi Tang Decoction treating Bacterial Vaginosis(BV) of damp invasion of lower energizerMethods:100 patients with BV diagnosed deficiency of damp invasion of lower energizer were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group and the control group.Each of which group contained 50 cases.The treatment group was treated with QingDai Li Shi Tang Decoction and Topical clindamycin phosphate vaginal effervescent tablets.The contorl group was treated with Ornidazole Capsule and Topical Clindamycin phosphate vaginal effervescent tablets.The treatment period was ten days by one blind.Before and after treatment clincical symptoma,laboratory examination index,the change of the accumulated points on manifest of Chinese medicine,integer effect,adverse effect of two groups were observed and compared,then analyzed and treated with statistical method between the two groups.Results:1.Clnical effect:The rate of the marked effect of two group is 88.00%and 66.00%.The total effective rate of two group is 96.00%and 80.00%.There is statistical difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.2.Symptoms effect:The rate of the marked effect of two group is 88.00%and 66.00%.The total effective rate of two group is 94.00%and 76.00%.There is statistical difference between two groups(P＜0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.3.The treatment group was better than the control group on improving some symptoms(multi-fluor,yellow fluor,dense fluor,yellow urine etc.),and had statistical difference(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).4.Safety inspection:There is no abnormal change and adverse reaction on hematological system,liver and renal function.Conclusions:1.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory,combined with the contemporary research achievement,QingDai Li Shi Tang Decoction is the empirical formula which the teach made to treat Bacterial Vaginosis of damp invasion of lower energizer.2.The research’s result indicated that QingDai Li Shi Tang Decoction was an effective recipe in treating BV of damp invasion of lower energizer.Which Can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,improve quality of life. 3.The pharmacodynamics indicates that QingDai Li Shi Tang Decoction has heat-clearing and detoxicating,dampness dissipating and blood stasis removing.There was no adverse reactions term of validity.It is worth furthe researching and widely using on clinic.4.Only because of the preliminary study on the pathogenesis and treatment of BV,to large sample of collaborative research is need to be done to provide clinical basis for future experimental research and lay the theoretical basis.
