The results of 57 cases of OSF with OLP patients, 55 males and 2 females, the male to female ratio was 96.5%, 3.5%. Chewing betel 1 year, 1-3 years, more than three years, respectively, for the 20 cases, 27 cases, 10 cases. 57 patients have obvious OSF change common site followed by wing mandibular ligament area, soft palate, tongue, cheek, all 57 cases, 18 cases, 15 cases, seven cases. 57 cases of OSF partners OLP patients, the OLP lesion were cheek (35 cases), tongue (19 cases), gums (3 cases), the proportion of various parts were 61.4%, 33.3% and 5.3%, respectively.
