Method: In accordance with the requirements of the third national oral health epidemiological survey , taken grading quota random cluster sampling method , hierarchical sample household as a unit random cluster sampling , conducted house-to-house survey . Survey to investigate the residents and betel nut chewing , and oral examination in order to observe the wedge-shaped defect occurrence , analysis of the wedge-shaped defect distribution characteristics of different gender , age, education level , and residents comparative survey of residents and long-term the incidence of betel nut chewing with non - betel nut chewing wedge-shaped defect .
