Abstract


Objective: To observe flapless minimally invasive techniques in dental implant clinical effect and prognosis . Methods: Dental Implant patients , the use of panoramic x-ray panoramic and bone mass in the intended the line dental implant area measurements of alveolar bone width , height , CT scan measurements thickness , clearly , in the case of without periosteum incision implant ITI columnar threaded implants , postponed repair . Operating points of the choice of cases through the analysis of preoperative , intraoperative , and postoperative periodic clinical and radiological examination , evaluation advantage of the technology in the cultivation of artificial teeth . Results : do not turn the flap group, the average follow - up time of 11.4 months , in addition to short - term implant after implantation occurred peri x -ray examination of all peri-implant bone no significant transmission shaded area , after 12 months The average alveolar ridge resorption Cover 0.15 ± 0.3mm , the control group was 0.20 ± 0.2mm . There was no significant difference . Not turn the flap group single tooth of the average planting time 12.2min, while the control group was 22.4min, both with significant differences ( P lt; 0.01 ) . Conclusion: dental implant area can be used for good bone quality does not turn over a the mucoperiosteal flap minimally invasive planting techniques , just standardize surgical operation , simple surgery , shorter operative time , planting a high success rate , better short-term treatment of less than one year , Patient satisfaction is high . The long-term effect needs further observation.
