Abstract


Teaching material construction in courses reform is one of the important measures. The Piano course is a required cource in music education programs in college which plays an important role in improving the inner quality of students and developing their muscial abilities.The textbook Piano, 2006 edition, is the teaching material which is compiled with the ideas of Undergraduate Special Course Guiding Plan Of The National Musical Teaching In Common Colleges(teacher education) and Undergraduate Special Course Guidiing Outline Of The National Musical Teaching In Common Colleges(teacher educa tion).The author investigated this teaching material by some research methods such as combing literatures, induction-deduction, educational statistics and comparison in order to emerge the content and thoughts of writing in the teaching material by analyzing its compiled background, texts and characteristics. By analyzing and showing the idea of the teaching material, we can make people have a deeper and higher understanding about this field, show clearly the direction of music teaching reform in highter teacher education, and provide a few worthy ideas in further compiling of this kind of teaching materials. Meanwhile, the author also merged into her own thoughts and put forward some suggestions on using the material reasonably in order to fully excavate potential implication of the materials, give full pay to teaching significance, and extend as well as expand it effectively.
