Abstract


Since 2001, China joined the WTO, the domestic various fields in efforts to unify the world standard par with the Chinese government on December 28, 2007 to the WTO Secretariat submitted an application to join the GPA Agreement on Government Procurement and preliminary bid List. Throughout today's national government procurement, government procurement system in the United States is the most perfect, in terms of policy formulation, institutional settings, or the construction of the legal framework, the composition of the supervision of the regulatory system in the world leading level. Therefore, the study of U.S. government procurement system, of great significance to further improve China's government procurement system. The purpose of this paper is that the comparison of China and the United States government procurement management and operational mode, sum up experience, identify gaps, try the policy recommendations seek to improve China's government procurement system.
