Abstract


After the end of the Cold War , the international situation suddenly changes , the balance of forces on the international arena has also undergone a change , international crisis occur frequently . Sino-US relations is China 's most important foreign bilateral relations . In international crisis management issues , a considerable part of the United States . Before the collision incident occurred in 2001 , the Government of the United States George W. Bush had just come to power, the policy of China is in a period of adjustment , and China 's bid to join the WTO and other issues need to get the support of the United States . Plane collision incident , the Sino-US relations were strained , there are differences on the definition of the nature of the incident , responsibility , after compromise after the two sides reached an agreement . China and the United States dealing with the collision event throughout the process , the international crisis management research provides valuable experience for reference . Analysis of the process of collision events , and help improve China 's international crisis management capabilities . This paper discusses the main reason and the process of collision events , compared to the means, methods and strategies of China and the United States to take in the process of diplomatic crisis , China and the United States in dealing with the international crisis points of disagreement distinction and policy , and at the end of the article summarizes the pros and cons of China in international crisis management and lessons , and on this basis , China's handling of international crises and measures proposed to improve China 's crisis management capabilities recommendations; future international crisis management environment and the characteristics of future prospects for international crisis management .
