Abstract


With China 's female tennis players on the 2004 Athens Olympic Games , won one fell swoop , the status of tennis in the hearts of his countrymen are increasing . However, how to further improve the level of professional tennis , driving the overall level of development of tennis in China , still there is an urgent need to explore the subject . Factors affecting the level of tennis is multifaceted, author tennis team in Sichuan Province , Chengdu tennis team tactical awareness survey , and interviews on a number of tennis coaches, experts analysis showed : the players' tactical awareness the overall level is not high, the greater impact on the effectiveness of tactical options for action , this will also affect the results of the competition . As an entry point for Tennis Tactical Training of discussion, it is necessary to be clear that the cultivation and improvement of tactical awareness is a gradual process , it runs through the entire training process does not happen overnight . Therefore, how to improve the level of tactical awareness faster and better paper seeks to explore the issue . For this literature study , expert interviews , questionnaires and logical reasoning , from the main objective to be analyzed and summarized the impact of tactical awareness formation , development and race play a variety of subjective and objective factors , and intention to pay attention to ( intention Note ) is the highest level of use by the players' tactical awareness . On this basis, this paper discussed how to develop tactical awareness from the technical and tactical knowledge, specialized training in tactics , personal and cultural qualities of the athletes , observation, tactical thinking ability , psychological and game experience . The purpose is to provide a theoretical reference to the study of tennis players' tactical awareness training .
