Abstract


The changing interest frame will inevitably lead to people’s way of thinking and values conflict in the market economic society, which is characterized by "interest" and "competition". In the "two-way choice, Freedom of job-hunting" employment mode, the college students feel the impact and challenges that the market economy has broughted. Job-hunting Concept means the college students’ basic point of view and attitudes when they choose the career According to the main social needs and their ability , which has a direct impact on the future and destiny of them.Under China’s harmonious socialist society building, the concept of career service system for university students is an important issue. The scientific concept of career will help university students find the ideal point between the needs of society and their own. This article is guided by the Marxist concept of social practice. The research will focus on building the career service system under the guidance of people-oriented concept. The problems of the Job-hunting status of college Students are the breakthrough building a public service system that covers the entire society is the ideal goal of this article. The full text contains four parts: First, the job-hunting concept of college students and its’ evolution. Second, the new job-hunting concept of university students in the Market Economic Society. Third, the problem and the cause of university students’ job hunting concept under the "self-hunting jobs" employment patterns .The last, the way to guide the university students to establish a correct view of job-hunting. The establishment and improvement of college students’ career-guidance service system will improve their competitiveness and ease their pressure.
