Abstract


Communication plays an increasingly important role in modern life , the manager 's main task is to communicate . One of the most important ability , the ability to communicate has become a major enterprise recruitment . Communication skills of their students will determine its development platform and space . Class as the basic cell of higher education , teaching and management , class work mainly to self-management , so as to play the role of class student leaders , will affect the validity of the students ' work . And the the class cadre collective ability to communicate will determine the effect of class work . Study of college students ' ability to communicate has made ??some progress , but the collective student leaders or relatively small . This article put foothold on the collective ability to communicate research student leaders . This paper is based on modal system the window theory about Harry and manage communication , further theoretical discussion , empirical research , evaluation of the student leaders of collective communication status quo and analysis of the impact of the student cadres collective communication status constraints student leaders to enhance the collective ability to communicate .
