Abstract


Since the 1980s , private colleges and universities began to recover in our country and to flourish , and to increase the supply of higher education to meet the urgent desire of the people access to higher education , to expand investment in higher education , but also to some extent promote China 's higher education management system and the reform of the school system . After the formation of self-financing private colleges by social forces must be operating in a market-oriented , self-financing. A real problem faced by the private colleges and universities at this stage is the lack of funding , which has become a bottleneck restricting its development . Solve the bottleneck of the development in the process of running through financing become important issues plagued the further development of private colleges . In this paper, the normative analysis and empirical analysis of a combination of analytical methods based education quasi-public goods theory and education cost -sharing theory the theoretical study of the financing of the private colleges and universities in China . Exploring new financing channels to solve the bottleneck of the development of the school funds , to support the development of the school 's methods diversified financing of private colleges . This paper first analyzed in accordance with the logic of ideas from theory to practice , the theory of higher education financing . Secondly , the analysis of the history of the financing of the development of China 's private colleges , stages and characteristics pointed out in the analysis of the existing financing channels of private colleges and universities on the basis of the main problems in the process of financing their causes . On this basis, pointed out that the narrow financing channels of private colleges and universities has become important reason to hinder the development of the schools . Again , through the introduction of the private university financing situation in developed countries , it is pointed out that China 's private colleges and universities can learn from the successful experience . Then , focusing on the analysis of the non-equity financing and equity financing in order to study the problem of opening up new financing channels , demonstrated that private colleges diversified financing channels and innovative theoretical feasibility . Finally , the article that should increase the government 's efforts to support the financing of private colleges to help solve the financing problem .
