Abstract


By searching lots of literatures, experts define the phrase“psychological frustration”as: People suffer the unavoidable obstacles in the process of doing something purposely, which makes individual can’t meet their needs and generate tension and negative emotion.Psychological frustration is an important issue in the whole life. With the development of society and the feature of different time the graduate students just entering the society meet more pressures from society, family, job and etc. psychological frustration in this period becomes sharper and is enough effect their full development.However, the former researches were focused on pupils, middle school students and university students. The graduate students just entering society are ignored. In fact, they are in great trouble after graduation, and they will be the backbone in the society. So, caring about their psychological frustration is theorical and practical.The study bases on one hypothesis: graduate students just entering society will be easier in troubles from job, emotion, economy, and interpersonal relations. And they are in short of skills to cope with.This study uses the quality-quantity method and turns to questionnaire and individual interview. It researches life’affair of the graduate students just entering society. And the result is that their frustration is mainly from love, economy, job, interpersonal relations. At the same time, these problems have some differences in gender and marital status. When encountering the frustration, they know they should use the suitable method to deal with, but most of them don’t know the detailed skills.According to the fact, the study preliminarily points out principle and concrete strategy to deal with the problem. The key point is improving individual’s willpower and frustration tolerance. As the old saying: help those who help themselves.
