Abstract


Is the concern of the whole society and the whole party, focus on promoting a work to promote grassroots democracy , deepen the study and practice democratic management of schools in primary and secondary schools , it is important for the development and construction of modern school . Practice and study of the school building of the Democratic Management Committee , play a very useful role in advancing the democratic construction of the school management . However , in the process of its construction and operation , and still there is the nature of such organizations define a system construction , operation mechanism needs to constantly enrich and other issues . As a new era to improve the school governance structure, improve the management performance of a new type of organization , \In this study, the main research method , literature , interviews , and carry out the construction of primary and secondary Democratic Management Committee examined the issue of Qingyang District, Chengdu , play for school organization of the Democratic Management Committee of the definition , nature , functions , organizational systems building and work mechanism to conduct research and analysis on the initial results of its construction and analysis of existing problems and suggestions for improvement , and look forward to the direction and vision of deepening democratic management in primary and secondary schools .
