Abstract


Absolute linear displacement grating sensor is a set of optical , mechanical, electrical as one of the digital linear displacement measuring device is a rectangular grating measurement accuracy for the detection of components, the linear displacement by photoelectric conversion into electrical signals by comparing , amplification, shaping, correction, segmentation, decoding and post processing can be connected to a computer for dynamic detection and real-time control . This paper presents a novel encoding, draw straight lines correspond to the coding and coding positions , and the use of BP neural network to achieve the decoding : In order to improve the measurement accuracy for incremental encoder output signal segmentation , segmentation after the precision can reach 3μm; in coded scale lighting system designed as the core , identified as a line array CCD receiving element receiving system is designed to meet the requirements of CCD imaging optical system ; for the CCD output signal is filtered , the relevant sample , differential amplifier , differential and other processing , to achieve the signal acquisition and data processing .
