Abstract


In this paper, the study is under network environment manufacturing resource managem -ent techniques and JIT technology and how it applies to the regionalization of the small business group, and proceed to realize the optimization of manufacturing resource reorgani -zation. Taizhou Huangyan this article will be the "injection mold manufacturing moldbase small business group" as the research object, the field of small business research group of the organizational structure of enterprises, equipment resources, technical skills, such as the status quo, and to analyze its program management, production layout, production processes, and other aspects of staff management issues.
