Abstract


China’s textile production on detection equipment has several decades of history. The majority of china’s textile equipment are the existed international counterfeit products, at the same time own production level is not high, which make china’s textile testing equipment different to take a place in the world market. Therefore our textile testing equipment will not only pay attention on the price, but also promote the new products with unique design.The development of modern technology promotes the constantly updated of the electronic, computer and new senor technology .As well as improves the level testing equipment and the automatic equipment. According to all of these factors, we can improve the detection quality, stability, sensitivity and easy operation . The use of data acquisition card with capacitance sensor detection circuit, the Labview 8. 0 Professional Edition as a development platform and also the LabSQL visit Acess database fulfill the collection storage, handling, search and read of the real-time data . It established a initial friendly man-machine interface of the evenness of the test system.
