With the development of information technology , the identification plays an increasingly important role in the protection of information security . Its unique stability , uniqueness and convenience of biometric technology gradually become an important research direction in the field of identification . Speaker recognition as one of the biometric technology has the advantages of easy collection , rich in content , in line with the use habits , has a wide range of applications in many fields today . A detailed description and analysis of this paper for short voice text speaker recognition applications , the principle and structure of speaker recognition system : defects in specific applications for existing voice endpoint detection and speech feature matching method , the proposed meet the application requirements of the new method; completed the concrete realization of the speaker recognition system . The text of the main results are as follows : voice endpoint detection for voice and low-frequency noise distinguish ineffective status quo for existing voice endpoint detection method proposed speech endpoint detection method based on the pitch and formant estimates . The experimental results show that this method can effectively distinguish between voice and non- voice component and Gaussian noise accurately detect speech endpoint , its performance is superior to other voice endpoint detection method : 2 , in voice feature matching , for voice pattern matching problem , GMM method for short training voice prone to statistical distortion VQ method for spatial statistics describe the lack of the status quo , fuzzy vector quantization algorithm based on orthogonal distance decomposition and used in speaker recognition . The algorithm does not depend on the model assumptions , a more complete description of the statistical properties of the clustering space , so recognition performance superior to GMM and VQ method experimental simulation ; 3 , the speaker recognition system design paper VisualBasic and Visual C development platform jointly developed a speaker recognition system for short voice text related . Final system functional testing proved the system to achieve the desired goal , achieved satisfactory recognition performance , successful completion of the subject of the research tasks .
