Abstract


With the globalization of economy, development of IT and personal production for customers, the sharpness of competition for companies is so rough that the enterprises have to react to customers’demand promptly by innovating, otherwise, they would loss the win in the market competition. Then, as the mine and impetus for companies’surviving and development, people pay more and more attention to innovation.Being a systematic project, innovation consists of many factors. It is difficult to improve innovation effect if we only study one or some elements. So introduction of synergy provides us with a good method to research this problem. Facing the complicated and phantasmagoric network environment, borderline of company is becoming blur and the core enterprise is evolving into an enterprise ecosystem with its partners. Then the competition among diverse enterprise ecosystem has taken place of competition among different enterprises, that makes enterprises learn to use external resource from other enterprises or organizations for their own development. Then, to enhance innovation ability and innovation performance with synergetic innovation by business ecosystem united by different companies and organizations will come into being and become a new innovation trend, especially rapid progress of IT has provide a firmly technology foundation for it.Oriented by these problems : (1) key factors impacting synergetic innovation performance of Chinese business ecosystem under network environment; (2) correlation between these key elements and synergetic innovation ability; (3) correlation of synergetic innovation ability with synergetic innovation performance, this study chooses enterprise ecosystem as research object and comprehensively uses different theories, such as the Enterprise Ecosystem Theory, the Innovation Theory of the Firm and the Synergy Theory to analyze the issue of synergetic innovation basing on a lot of related literatures reading. We formulate a concept model and design questionnaire to collect data, systematically analyzed a typical case---Huawei enterprise ecosystem. In a word, this thesis studies this model from theoretical and empirical angles.This essay puts forward six dimensions of affect factors basing on characters of synergetic innovation: technology, organization, management of synergetic innovation process, enterprise culture, strategy and capital & HR investment. Analyzing systematically, we find out four key factors: technology, management of synergetic innovation process, organization and enterprise culture. These key factors are inter-actional with synergetic innovation ability as well as synergetic innovation ability and synergetic innovation performance. Similarly, the former has great positive effect on the latter. In this study, we also use statistical analysis and case analysis together to overcome the shortcoming of single analysis.This essay has important academic value for Synergetic Innovation theory because it formulates a model for synergetic innovation of enterprise ecosystem in the end. At the same time, it provides scientific and academic foundation, management tool and policy advice for improve synergetic innovation. It also has great practical meaning for constructing synergetic innovation ability, enhancing synergetic innovation performance and building competitive advantages of Chinese enterprise ecosystem.
