Abstract


With the diversification of modes of transport and the integration of development , the efficient coordination of integrated transport channel has become an inevitable trend of the development of transportation . Looking at the current situation of foreign / offshore development of high-speed railway , high-speed railway with its significant technical and economic advantages of the formation and perfection of the future integrated transport channel will play an important role. In view of the next period of time high-speed railway passenger dedicated line for the functional orientation This paper studies high-speed rail the major thoroughfare passenger system . According to the theory of a major thoroughfare , this role is divided into : high-speed rail on the role of the internal structure and high-speed rail transport in the major thoroughfare passenger system on the the external channels economy with set of different indicators , and two different role , using the DEA methods to evaluate further argues that high-speed rail is not only to optimize the major thoroughfare passenger system internal transport structure , but also improve the validity of a major thoroughfare to promote the economy with the development of the channel . In order to provide a basis for evaluation of these two role , the paper first defines the connotation of integrated transport channel , starting from the transport of large channel structure and channel economic zone perspective , analysis of the mechanism of action of the high-speed rail system on a major thoroughfare passenger . High-speed railway is the role of the internal transportation structure broken down into two parts of the resource allocation effect and the effect of supply and demand balance , set two indicators of the efficiency of resource allocation and the supply and demand balance coefficient ; broken down into the role of high-speed rail to channel economic belt : direct promote the effect, the effect of urbanization and industrial structure optimization effect coefficient changes to promote the effectiveness of the channel economic zone development by a major thoroughfare to reflect their combined effect . In this paper, the major thoroughfare of Beijing and Shanghai , for example , without antitheses , comparing the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway put into operation in 2013 and 2018 , with no high-speed rail two cases , the major thoroughfare of Beijing-Shanghai passenger system resources allocative efficiency , changes in supply and demand balance coefficient and effectiveness index , according to various indicators criterion , further demonstrates the role of high-speed railway a major thoroughfare passenger system .
