Abstract


This paper is an advanced industrial economy in Heilongjiang province driving effect , starting with the definition of advanced industrial paper introduces the advanced industrial connotation, characteristics as well as the relationship between the high-tech industry ; respectively, from the following two aspects of theoretical and empirical advanced industries to promote economic development in Heilongjiang Province effects , theoretical aspects of advanced industry driven mainly analyzed the mechanism of regional economic development , demonstration , first , according to the results of the evaluation of advanced industries , high-tech industry in Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Province, the status of selected advanced industry , on this basis , for advanced industrial drive economic development in Heilongjiang Province conducted empirical analysis, the advanced industrial economic development in Heilongjiang Province , led by the most significant effect . It is because of the advanced industry , driven by a significant effect on the end of this article , given the advanced industrial develop countermeasures to promote faster and better economic development of Heilongjiang Province .
