Abstract


Objective: To observe Liushen combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with high metastatic human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells ( human lung carcinoma A549 cells for short ) apoptosis induced by in vitro cell culture , and explore Liushen induced apoptosis in human lung cancer A549 cells mechanism. Methods: The clinical research component selected 43 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group (chemotherapy / OLF program Liushen group ) and control group ( chemotherapy group / OLF program ) , which the observation group, 22 cases in the control group 21 cases were treated lesion size , the common clinical symptoms , body weight , KPS score , tumor markers , and side effects of changes in the two treatments were compared before and after treatment ; vitro experiments part , the use of flow cytometry , immunohistochemistry method and RT-PCR technology the observation Liushen induced human lung cancer A549 cells apoptosis mechanism . Results: Clinical studies confirm Liushen significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the cancer patients and the role of the general efficiency and lesion stability rate was slightly higher than in the control of tumor foci in the observation group , but no statistical analysis of the two groups significant differences in toxicity also no significant difference ; experimental study confirmed , Liushen the apoptosis induced human lung cancer A549 cells , a synergistic effect with cisplatin and confirmed Liushen induced apoptosis of human lung cancer A549 the mechanism of action raised Caspase-3 expression and down of Bcl -2 , Survivin expression . Conclusion : Liushen can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with malignant , and improve the quality of life of cancer patients ; Liushen may play an anti-tumor effect by inducing apoptosis of tumor cells , and the synergistic effect of the combination of cisplatin .
