Abstract


Objective: to study the han Chinese and uighurs neurosis patients visual event related potential P300 of the similarities and differences. Methods: choose 97 cases of neurosis patients in experimental group (49 cases) han ethnic group 48 cases Uighur, 92 cases of healthy people as control group (47 cases) han ethnic group 45 cases of Uighur, for all the groups of visual event related potential P300 test and compare. Results: two groups of the han nationality and uygur patients with neurosis target N2 incubation period, the target P3 latency and amplitude, the target P2 amplitude were no statistical difference (P all gt; 0.05); In both groups, relative to the national normal groups, the han nationality and the uygur patients with neurosis target N2 incubation period were extended (P all lt; 0.05), P3 latency targets are extended and amplitude decreases (P all lt; 0.05), the target P2 amplitude decreases (P all lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the han nationality and uygur neurosis visual event related potential P300 in patients with no significant difference; Visual event related potential P300 of neurosis patients have significant change.
