Abstract


Objective: after total knee arthroplasty, intermittent drainage GaBi incision in reducing blood loss of efficacy and safety. Methods: 42 cases of quasi line bone cement type primary total knee replacement of the patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 21) and control group (n = 21). The patients in the cut suture and after compression bandage is GaBi drainage tube, every 2 h loosen 15 min after the GaBi to 6 h continuous open, after drainage way with control group. Do not control for negative pressure drainage. Record two groups at 4, 12, 24 h incision approach flow, postoperative blood transfusion amount, healing of incision and knee active knees up to 90 ° recovery time. Results: the postoperative 4, 12, 24 h incision approach flow were significantly less than that in control group (P < 0.05). Postoperative blood transfusion volume group less than control group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Healing of incision and knee active knees up to 90 ° recovery time of the two groups were no significant difference. Conclusion: knee arthroplasty early after continuous GaBi drainage tube can significantly reduce incision approach flow, the incision healing and joint function recovery and without adverse effects.
