Abstract


Objective: To investigate the 3.0T 3D-TOF method MRA in the distribution and characteristics analysis of cerebral infarction in patients with intracranial arterial stenosis , occlusion . Methods : 71 patients diagnosed as cerebral infarction underwent MRA examination 3.0T 3D-TOF method to analyze the characteristics of the distribution of cerebral infarction in patients with intracranial arterial stenosis , occlusion , press infarct type and age groups , the analysis of different types of infarct and different age groups infarction in patients with intracranial arterial stenosis , occlusion of the extent and distribution characteristics . Results: 71 patients with cerebral infarction artery stenosis in 54 cases , 54/ 71 (76.1 %) , distribution of stenotic artery : anterior circulation artery occlusion 28 / 54 ( 51.9% ) ; posterior circulation artery stenosis , occlusion , 10 /54 ( 18.5 %) ; prior to the merger , the posterior circulation artery stenosis , occlusion 16 / 54 ( 29.6%) . Lacunar infarction group found intracranial arterial stenosis or occlusion in 25 / 37 ( 67.6% ) ; non - lacunar infarction group found intracranial arterial stenosis or occlusion in 29 / 34 (85.3 %) . Elderly patients with a single anterior circulation artery stenosis and occlusion compared with the younger group declined , then cycle artery stenosis , occlusion , and multiple arterial stenosis , occlusion increased significantly more than the younger group ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; intracranial arteries the extent of disease and correlate with age . Conclusion: intracranial arterial stenosis , occlusion infarction incidence foundation , more common than posterior circulation of the anterior circulation . Patients with lacunar infarction intracranial artery stenosis or occlusion was significantly higher in patients with lacunar infarction . The different ages cerebral infarction in patients with intracranial arterial stenosis , occlusion distribution , the extent of vascular lesions correlate with age . 3.0T 3D-TOF method MRA can provide guidance based on the clinical treatment of patients with cerebral infarction .
